June 2018 The Global White Lion Protection Trust Exhibition

Joanna was thrilled to host a fundraising exhibition on behalf of the Global White Lion Protection Trust in June 2018, held at her home in Keevil, Wiltshire over two days. Linda Tucker the CEO of the White Lions attended with her husband Jason Turner along with the TV presenter, Paul Martin, and his wife, Charlotte, and their children, Dylan, and Merridith. She showcased further progress on the paintings for the upcoming book ‘Hare On The Moon’ – a beautifully illustrated treasure hunt book, in the style of the famous 1970’s Masquerade treasure hunt book, which could be pre-ordered at the show. She raised £1,000 for the lions on the day by selling the Pisces original for £8,000 along with other work. Following the exhibition, Linda Tucker and ecologist Jason Turner spoke at Bath Spa University, about the work of the Global White Lion Protection Trust, which has united ancient indigenous knowledge with western science to help save the species.
