Aries the Ram is the sign of the pioneer and warrior leader. It’s ruler is Mars – the Roman God of War. Mars the ruler of Aries represents the fire sign.
Featuring Barbury Castle where sheep roam the site linking it to Aries the Ram. The Ram chosen for the picture is a Wiltshire Horn Sheep.
Aries is supposed to have parallels of Ram and Lamb – the force of the Ram and the softness of the Lamb. They meet life’s challenges head on like the Hare and the Ram in combat in the foreground.
Aries, the first sign in the zodiac, puts themselves first pushing forward. They are commanding in character and Barbury Castle being so high up is commanding in its position on the hill.
The constellation is clearly mapped out in the sky marking the forehead and Sharatan situated on the left horn.
